Factory Profile
IMU(Kunshan) Navigation Technology Co., Ltd is a holding subsidiary of Forsense (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd.
According to the current needs and long-term development, Forsense has created this factory as its industrial base in 2024.
Forsense focuses on the R&D of arrayed MEMS inertial sensors and their combined navigation system hardware and software products. Currently the factory has a total area of 3,000 square meters, equipped with domestic-leading IMU production calibration and testing capabilities, professional inertial module laboratory, automotive SMT and assembly lines, and plans to achieve an annual production of more than 3 million sets of IMU modules.
We have passed ISO9001, IATF16949 automotive quality management system and other authentication.
Automotive SMT and Assembly
The factory has planned 2 SMT production lines, with Panasonic mounter, nitrogen reflow soldering, AOI, XRAY, printing machine, SPI and other advanced equipment.
The assembly workshop is equipped with dispenser, glue machine, laser engraving machine, automated assembly line and other equipment, and planning for a wave soldering production line.
MES Production and Management System
Adopting advanced MES(Manufacturing Execution System) manufacturing management software, combined with ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system, we carry out comprehensive control on production planning, SMT, assembly, calibration, equipment, quality and warehouse.
Laboratory Capacity
The factory builds reliability lab, inertial guidance lab, electromagnetic compatibility lab, GPS and vision lab in accordance with automotive standards, which can carry out the following kinds of experiments:
1) Environment: high and low temperature aging, alternating humidity and heat, temperature shock, etc.
2) Mechanical: vibration, mechanical shock, drop, harness reliability, etc.
3) Electromagnetic compatibility: ESD, 7637, etc.
4) Inertial guidance test category: rotary table, centrifuge, etc.
5) Electrical load: programmable voltage, short-circuit protection, etc.
6) Pre-research: GPS receivers, visual calibration, etc.
